Managua, Jun 22 (Prensa Latina) About 3,000 young Nicaraguans will be granted scholarships to pursue university studies with solidarity funds of the Bolivarian Alternative for the Peoples of Our Americas (ALBA).
The President of the National Council of Universities, Telemachus Talavera, announced Tuesday that regulations to be met by applicants are been completed to begin the program next July with a total cost of about 12 million USD from ALBA. Continue reading

Caracas, (Prensa Latina) The recent visit to Venezuela by Bolivian President Evo Morales reaffirmed the spirit of solidarity among the countries of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America, which is setting standards in the region’s new geopolitics.
